An Outrage?

"Steaming mad Coronation Street fans have started a petition to keep the show on prime time.
Television New Zealand has shunted the British soap to 5.30pm to make way for MasterChef Australia at 7.30, which it says is far more popular.
An online petition was today started by fans as hundreds of Stuff readers expressed their outrage.
Seventy percent of respondents on Stuff's poll said the timeslot should not change..."
Is nothing Sacred these days?
Crikey, I can remember Coronation Street in black and white and when evil mean old women Ruled The Street. Annie Walker, Licensee of The Rovers, Ena Sharples, Minnie Caldwall (loved her Milk Stout in T'Snug) Hilda Ogden who's curse was named Stan and the femme fatale whose surname changed so often I can't remember it now. And Len Fairclough the builder and his quiet side kick Garry(?), and an obnoxious young schoolteacher called Ken whose wife died in a housefire - he's still around, I see.
I am old, aren't I? Tsk tsk tsk, TV One.
Paddy.
