all i want to do is cry

i just dont know what to do with myself anymore, i just feel so useless it seems as if i cant do anything right and its got to the point that im thinking it might be best for me just to end it

ive been dealing with child youth and family which is shit because some1 keeps making bullshit complaints about me my family is always having ago at me and theres just something i dont know how to deal with

I am really sorry to hear you are going through a tough time at the moment young mum. I can only imagine that looking after children with depression can be such a hard struggle. Is there anyone at child youth and family that you can trust and talk to about how you are feeling and what you are going through? I don't exactly know what they are like and how supportive they are but Im sure they will understand. If not then maybe try your doctor and tell them how you have been feeling and see if they can write a note to child youth and family explaining your situation.

First of all, sending you huge hugs.

Secondly, I have been through the CYFs system more times than you can imagine so I understand who having them involved in your life can be distressing.

Sometimes people make complaints and CYFs have to investigate wether there is something there or not. I know its a pain in the butt, but the way I figure it, is that I'd rather them see what an awesome mum I am than see I'm a s**t one.
