why do i always seem to make the same mistakes over and over again, i know im making the mistake but i just cant stop myself from doing it and im starting to screw up the relationship between me and my partner and i fear that im going to keep doing it and screw up the relationship with my daughter, how do you stop making the same mistakes when it becomes to the point of addiction, and you feel as if you just have to forse everyone away so you cant get hurt
