i signed up of class introduction to tai chi class its once a week for 8 weeks have done 2 sessions so far and it already helping a it

thats great heart, im glad you are enjoying it, sounds like you are doing some really good things to help yourself, keep up the fantastic work!

what is tai chi, is it like yoga or is it more like karate and such? im a bit out of touch lol

um yeah its it bit like yoga but we dont do all thoes poses you have to in yoga
it supposed to be realxing

A meditation, and exercise and a method of self defence Tai Chi can be all of these things. There are various styles - here is an example I found on YouTube -

i've been doing a bit from a dvd i got from the library - i really like it!

I've been feeling completely drained of energy, and find this is a great way to 'recharge'
