jumbo here new member

Just new trying to find my way around. Depression is a big problem in my family on both sides and I had trouble in my latter school years and am at a stage where learning about life-skills seems to be important as you can lose alot of confidence or not have it in the first place. Dunno if I can blame anything just seemed to happen. It would be cool to hear others stories. Have taken up writing poetry and am now playing cricket as I have always loved the game. Things have settled down a bit after quite a bit of termoil. I dont suffer from bipolar but I do have schizophrenia with mild depression which I think I will have to battle with anon. Jumbo

Feel free to post your poetry if you want or just read others. And good to hear your playing cricket, my 'happy sport' is horse riding, its amazing how it boosts your day.

At the bottom of the main page is a chat box, come have a chat sometime about anything you want, we quite often have a big of a giggle there too.
