Can you help with this song?

Hi friends,
I was cleaning my room and I had cold case on and at the end of some episode a song was playing. It sounds like the guy that was singing was Joe cocker and I could not make out any of the words. The episode or the part I saw was where this guy had a couple in their car and he was going to shoot them. I need to know the name of this song because it is stuck in my head. Thanks if anyone knows.

Find out if the tv channel puts their programs up online for repeat viewing, if they do find out what eposide it was and jot down a few of the lyrics then go on-line and search the lyrics. From there you can do a youtube search and find the video for the song

You will be surprised how many songs I have found this way.

Bugger - I have an iphone app that helps with those sorts of moments. If you can find out what the show was based on the channel listings or anything like that, it may be easier to find the song.

At least you know that if you couldn't make out any of the words then you can be about 96% sure that it was Joe Cocker!
