I just want to give up

I'm too tired,too sad,too scared,too confused...I can't do this life thing anymore. I feel sick, I can't stop pacing, I can't sleep. I'm scared all day about being terrified in the night. I can't do this...I don't want to anymore. I just wish I could understand. I want to know if things will ever be ok. I'd just like to die.

aww folly, i know it sucks feeling like this. Is there anything i can do? I got big shoulders, and big ears, yea i look kinda funny but im here if ya want to chat?

I've had depression on & off for years, its kinda like cancer, when you can go into remission. There will be good days again. It sounds like your probably having the worst day/days of your life, it wasn't always this bad so it wont always be this bad.

Those feelings are the most horrible. You feel like you will never get through them.. and sometimes I wonder if I will. Apparently we can! But Im so glad you come here to tell us how you feel so that we can talk you through it, sometimes thats all we need.

We all feel your pain & understand,but if we can stand firm ,waiting for the sun to shine again ,I know you can too.
