Hello wowinnz ............. That's sad, isn't it. So many things don't work out the way we would have planned. I can empathise with you. The losses are definitely many. We all have dreams - and the 'death of dreams' is a big one.
It's 10 years since my own family were all together - and that was the first time for quite a few years. The loss of 'family time' has been huge for me.
I do hope you feel a little brighter today. And hope your son did enjoy his Birthday.
