help hugely anxious day!!!!!

i am very very very very very very very anxious today
my biggest anxiety trigger is tummy bugs
and guess who threw up all downt he side of the house last night???
my big son

i am glad he got to the window
lol
but
i am very anxious today
my tummy is doing the flip flops coz now i am scared it will get the bug

i hate tummy bugs!!!!!

Bleach the toilet and anything he spews in. use gloves. Hold facecloth etc over nose and mouth when you go near him. Wipe ALL the surfaces in your house including all the door handles, light switches, cubords, fridge phone etc etc with a cloth thats damp (NOT WET!) and has some toilet strength disinfectant on it. Rinse the cloth regularly and add more disinfectant.

Vaccum, and mop all vinyl floors with hot water and toilet disinfectant.
Keep the child in one room with a window ajar for fresh air, and air the whole house to blow the bugs through that may be in the air.

Take vitamin C. The acidity can help kill any bugs in your tum.

One of my many phobias, I can clean it up, and clean it up well, but cant be near the sounds and visuals of someone doing it. I am terrified of puking myself also, luckily, when you got to do, you just got to do it.

I am probably the least likely person to spew, and i dont know where the phobia came from really, but i have been cleaning all day lol

He was only sick once and now seems mostly fine
So hopefully its short lived, touch wood!!
