Hello everyone,
I'm going to the GP this afternoon for an initial 'this is what's happening' talk after deciding to do something about my low moods and I'm really nervous, I don't know what I am going to say and am frightened because I don't do very well at conveying my feelings with any semblance of clarity. I don't know whether I want my boyfriend there now either and keep flip-flopping between decisions.

Hope it all goes well at the docs for you. I understand your nervousness and that as I fully opened up to my doc about 4-6 weeks ago, so we working on getting me feeling better now.
