Privacy concerns

I have just come from an appointment with my Psychologist who works for Corrections. As part of my conditions I had to be assesed which is fine but treatment is not compulsary.

I have reservations about the Probation Office and some of their staffs attatude to mental health includeing their manager. The relationship with my probation officer is also very starined and I don't fully trust him.

Today I asked my Psyc how much access to what is discussed with her does probation have and I was surprised to find out they have full access

wow.......thats a shock to me. is there somewhere you can go to check if they are able to do that. I am surprised that they have full access and would have thought that your privacy would be paramount to your mental health!
