Blog - Borderline Personality Disorder
I started a blog a little while back about living with Borderline Personality Disorder from my perspective. There are a few (not detailed) self-harm incidents described, so just a warning in case it might trigger someone, but other than that it's written with a sense of humor and some self-deprecation

thank you
thank you for sharing that with us. I think you are a really great writer and I like that you are able to see humour in your woes.
Do you think you have become more comfortable and accepting of the BPD label since you wrote your first post last year? I see elements of those criteria in some of your later posts - but I wonder what you think?

Re: Blog - Borderline Personality Disorder
Hi Jaffakiwi,
I think I have definitely become more comfortable living in my own skin, and probably matured a little bit too, since my first post. When i re-read that first post I remember how defiant I felt and how angry I was with the world. It's different now, and no doubt the extra one and a half years of therapy that I've done since then has helped with that. I still have "borderline" instincts, reactions and responses, but I'm able to think about it more now and see that maybe I am overreacting or being irrational
Thank you for your message.
Love,
Aradhna
