Today is another milestone for me that I would like to share with my family here.

I have made it to 150 days and although I am in a very bad place right now and things are getting me down I can honestly still say that I am proud of myself.

To all who have this disease my thoughts and heart are with you.

Hey Zenmonsta thanks for letting us know! Big congrats to you! I hope whatever it is thats getting you down sorts itself soon cos we miss you! I just wanted to say yes it is my disease but i am not a sufferer! Ok that was supposed to sound wayyyy more deep and meaningful and it did in my head but yeah i hope you get what i mean! I am free to choose and so are you!

Once again ... congrats and keep on doing what your doing!
