Sometimes I feel that when I'm out and about and have to deal with people I just start guessing what they are thinking of me... and usually its negative.. hmm.. just felt I had to get that off my chest!

No, that doesn't sound silly. Very common, but not silly.

I think that we might sometimes project our own negative self images in such a way that we automatically think that that is how others must also see or think of us.

The good news is, usually, they don't.

could be hormonal - the blushing I mean....have you ever documented it..to see it's cycle...or does it happen all the time?

I blush all the time too. Even at the most stupidist times. My face goes scarlet! Can happen even if im talking on the phone and i get nervous! Or have had it happen several times when im in the shop say hi to the person behind the till and they dont reply, not so much embarrasing in the moment but frustrating!! bright blotchy scarlet red! (these are just stupid examples of my moments) dunno if its the same thing, but frustrates me alot.

Twinkle.. sounds exactly the same. Bumping into ppl you haven't seen in a while or even someone just asking a question can cause me to go bright red. Its awful.

Everytime I am out and about and I hear someone laugh, I automatically think they are laughing at me Shocked

I am getting better at dealing with it though and telling myself not to be so sensitive.
