If you or someone you know isn't coping then phone them and they will assess the situation if needed.

Re: CATT Team
When I lived in Wellington a couple of years I went to my pscyologist and my doctor as I was feeling really really low. I think they could tell something was really wrong and they both called the CAT team. I got a phone call from them that afternoon - they wanted to know what was up, and I wasn't in a good place then either, said to them in a bitter tone "Don't you worry your pretty little head about me" and they just said ok mate, take care.
In answer to your question Ros, I get the problem that they dont wanna deal with you unless they feel they really have to.
Are you struggling at the moment?

Re: CATT Team
Hey,
Things here still very unstable.
Saw the doc yet again yesterday and have increased one of my meds by a lot.
I thought it was my drepression playing up again but doc says my symptoms dont match, he thinks it is more of an anxiety issue and is thinking it may be along the lines of PTSD.
I have my weekly shrink appointment tomorrow annd hopefully her report on me has been signed off so we can start looking at treatment options.
