Bi Polar(Rapid Cycling)

Hey all

You long time members may or may not remember me but Im back to say hi and talk
About 3 weeks ago after 8 years of being wrongly diagnosed with depression and anxiety I have now been diagnosed with rapid cycling bi polar disorder(it makes much more sense!!)
Unfortunatley I have been put on a cocktail of drugs which is taking a lot of getting used to and adjusting,was wondering if anyone else out there has bi polar and may have some coping tools that I could implement to help me deal with day to day life?
