Hi guys

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and relax and rest and just take one day from the year to just "be".

Try and find something to smile about, even if it is bird, flying by. Just see how peaceful it is, how gratuitous it looks.

Please look after yourself throughout this festive season (All of you!) and remember, we will all be here on tbbd if anyone needs a lift, if you need a helping hand!

I know that for many of us, this a period overload and all too often...

We don't let ourselfs take 'A breathe for just me' kinda time - so much energy and effort can be spent and directed at 'Stuff' that we simply don't give ourselves permission to say 'Enough, I need some 'My Time, not a a constant barrage of um, 'We want you time and we all want it now damnit' messages coming from all sides.

And we are of course, our worst Critics, so howsabout we let outselves 'off' a few of our personal internal growlings , eh? I'm gunna try and I thunked youse fellas might like to try with me, ya know?

My Xmas Break started early for me this year - Im down in Christchurch for a wee while with great friends and its pretty much been a talking, listening and enjoying bags of laughs non stop - fest which is most unusual for me. Yes!

I'm having an Awesome time and um, I expect youse all to make the efort for youse, 'cos by crikey it really does make a big difference to the way ya feel about stuff, PaddyPromise.

Anyhoo, please, take extra Gentle Care, each and every one of you and remember that no matter how crap 'It' feels right there and then there are always options and choices to be made, other and above the obvious ones.

Big Hugs, handshakes and air kisses as appropriate and oh yeah;

Yay for boxing day... I had a sleep in.. til 12.30!!! thats practically unheard of for me and it was wonderful.
today is a relaxing day and a day to catch up on the chores, so tomorrow can be a relaxing day too! and golly gosh Tuesdsay as well.

Belated merry Xmas. Yesterday was a great day. The last 2 christmases I was very unwell with depression & last year for Xmas day I didn't do anything, just stayed at home, so it was just wonderful to fee lso well. The year before we didn't strt our summer until about the 18th January as I'd been unwell from October.
Hope everyone is having a great day.

I too had a very bad Christmas last year and made up my mind depression or not, I was fucked if I was going to have another one.

So with a wee tiny bit of planning, buying a tree 'n all, and a cake, it set the tone to have a very good wee Christmas all round.

Thank God for free will. I choose to feel better.

so did I. christmas loomed, I spent far too much money, and the boys behaved briefly, and all was good in the world.

today my yongest went to his dads for his week seemingly very tired and glum, and no1 son has been verbally abusive twice, which led my partner to follow suit.

people took photos of me christmas day... GOD I'm so fat.
would have prefered not to see those photos.

and so life returns to normal

Merry Xmas everyone. A little late as I have been staying with my parents over Christmas. A great Christmas this year, even if I have been a bit iffy from coming off Citalopram.
