Oh God----I am so LOST and sad

Hi everyone, 1st time EVER user of an open forum AND 1st time being So honestly Raw about my feelings of utter sadness and numbness.
I think this will be a useful tool in my journey, so please bear with me I am at the very bottom end of my life, and cant see any light at the end of my diagnoses which is chemically un-balanced clinical depression.
PHEW 1st time I've put all those words toge ther.

You know when 'they' say you will feel differently about life, and that you will have good days - and you just know they are wrong? The good news is, they aren't.

Not always, anyway.

I hope you feel able to say whatever you need to say on here, and that you stick around. People like us is why this Message Board is here.

Its nice to know some people care and know what we are going thru!

aaaaaaw love. its ok, we all feel like that. even with all the press coverage, we find it dang hard to open up and say we have depression, cause people don't actually get it. at least here you can laugh or cry and even do both things at the same time! we will hold your hand, pass over the tissues and hopefully make you feel better.

Welcome aboard. Yep, the lonliness sucks aye. It doesn't my head in. But at least we got somewhere new to talk now with people that can understand.
