wow i've been taking lorazepam and I feel so so so so dizzy.
That i can barely stand up stright and have to hold onto walls.

it feels like when i was on zolpiclone.

I'm not going to the hospital until i get a referal from my doc, which i will have to do tomorrow

well i over dosed, not bad - although when I saw wowinnz she thought I was a bit 'out of it'. Doc told me to go home and look after myself.

Since i've been off owkr I have been going to a day centre at Te Whare Ahuru (TWA)
Today we went and sung to a old folks home. It was so lovely and it warmed my heart sooo much.

Going back there monday and tuesday. Only reason i'm going is since i'm off work i don't want to be alone at home and I don't really trust myself.

BUT, all in all, having time off work, being able to relax and take it easy is doing wonders for me.

Still have up and down moments, but today was a good day and i'm so happy about it

Hope it is all going well, qwerky, but please be very very careful if you have to for any reason miss a dose of your venlafaxine or reduce the dose...I found the side effects really scary if I was even an hour late taking my meds when I was on it.

If you need to come off it for any reason, please do it under doctors supervision and very slowly - keep in mind that you can get 37.5mg tabs to allow this step down if needed, even if the chemist isn't aware of this dose being available - make them check.

The good news was that it is very quick acting once you take it, and as long as you are regular with doses and don't have to decrease, it is very effective!

How's the venlafaxine going? It's the next med that my GP wants me to try.
