I wrote in another thread how gutted I am in regards to accepting I will not return to the classroom. Today I realised, that yeah I am a teacher. I may not return to the classroom, but maybe i can be someone in the future who can teach others through my own mental health experience, how to return to a life worth living.
I just gotta sort out the me part hmmm

I have just been very inspired by reading your mindfullness journey I plan to buy the book, Happiness Therapy by Russ Harris. I use mindfulness technigues at times, stay in the moment etc.

Wow, Poetry that is so good. It has taken me 15 years, the last 3 years I was just seeing a therapist when needed.
