have i told you about heart breathing?

and taking a day off from grief, or what ever it is that is most bothersome?
and taking time to grieve, or what ever.

ok
well heart breathing is kinda the same as going to the happy place in you head

but instead you imagine your heart

you imagine breathing thru your heart
when i think of my heart i think of the love heart shape
and when i do the heart breathing i imagine my oxygen going around the outside of the heart shape.

its lovely
it helps to slow the breathing and it is comforting too
its a good tool for when you are stressed, cant sleep, anxious, or just need a couple of minutes to collect yourself.
its kinda like breathing love for yourself into yourself

it works also if you see your heart as the organ it is.
a bit gorey lol but it still works
sometimes i cant see the love heart in my head and can only see the heart as an organ, but it still works, because its about taking time to breathe and relax and chill out for a wee bit.
