Spent last night in hospital

Me and flatmate went for a walk as usual, and down to the park not far from us to play on the swings and decided to climb on this toy roller they've got in the playground, we climbed over it to the front and were sitting on the top talking, I ended up falling off it, came down onto my right leg then left side and hit head. Pain all down right leg, left wrist, left rib cage/chest, neck and head. Mate called ambulance and supposedly the police were there too. I don't remember much from the time it happened (about 11pm ish) until about the time I was moved into the obs unit at around 3am ish. Other than being in a lot of pain though I'm ok.

I'll try to stop beating myself up. It's only added on 3 more pills to remember to take every 4 hours for pain.

Hey LC I'm glad you are ok too.

I think Patrick's idea of wrapping you in a protective outer layer is not as silly as it sounds 'cos you sure seem to like beating yourself up!!

Anyway hope you feel better soon and don't go near any playgrounds for a while!

How are you feeling now? Are things becoming less sore? It's not fun being in pain eh...it can make you feel a bit miserable but hoping that you are on the mend and are feeling better.

Not in so much pain anymore, though if I'm doing too much lifting or something to heavy then I feel it down my left side of neck and ribs. It's just the consequences of the concussion now really with getting light headed and/or faint. Thing that's annoying is I don't always have warning that I'm gonna faint, happened 3 times so far, twice at home and another time on the footpath when we were out walking.
