hi all
ive suffered depression since the death of my father and grandmother and the ending of my marriage all in 2006. Now with the birth of my daughter i have found it to come back and hit me worse than ever, im on medication but that doesnt seem to help
Is there any other form of help as councellors dont do jack for me
