Good on you starting up this forum, I don't think I've found a NZ based one similar. I hope it continues to grow and becomes a community. Mental illness in NZ needs a voice on the net.
Thanks for trying out a ladies and mens only space. I'm a lady who prefers to spend time with men, but I think everyone has different needs and I hope people can feel safe first and then branch out to talk to those who have slighty different experiences. I do think it is important men and women have an understanding of how illness and medications and gender affect each other. Especially when one is in a hetero relationship.
Keep doing what you think is right. Moderators are human too and will have a great contribution.
