I lost the plot with someone tonight, (unlike me normally) but I felt sooo hurt and angry. Some silly woman brought up my ex and his depression, (so cruell) and I basically lost it. Feeling better, however a little ashamed, hangs head, sorry

Thanks for the hug logical. It wasn't really about me, it was more about protecting my daughter from such a fool of a woman. I normally behave, but this was just the last straw.
