I'll type this quietly, so as not to wake you.

Sorry, but that metallic taste? Its part of the admission price to the Land of Nod. Not great, is it?

But despite that, I hope you get a good nights sleep. Sweet dreams Sleep

Hi nzgirl .... I had zopiclone a while ago - knocked me out as far as sleep was concerned - but the taste (if I remember correctly) was awful ... perhaps having a peppermint to chew on could be an answer. Hope you had a good sleep. I am terrible if I don't sleep well.

tongue YES imovane/Zopiclone does taste really bitter (esp if you have a half), and I find I can get an aftertaste the next morning---BUT who cares, the sleep is good. Sleep Sleep

I find the metallic tatse really bad in the morning when I wake up.

I don't like taking sleeping pills so take them as and when required.

Hope you had a good sleep Sleep

I find drinking lots of water with it and afterwards helps the taste to not be as strong

Welcome, Velvet.

Something as simple as just drinking the whole glass of water, eh? Figures, I guess.

I've been using the stuff for so long and so hate the after taste that they normally get 'just enough' water to start them on thir downward juourney.

Roll on tonight and I shall have an entire glass of water with them.

But, if I'm sound asleep and wake with very full bladder, I can predict another wee problem, lol. My days of leaping outta bed for that or anything else, are over.
