Hi,

I’m Paddy and I’m supposed to be the Meeter and Greeter here but I’ve been incredibly slack recently, for which I do apologise. My own health and a few assorted things have been really crap recently and it’s taken me a bit too long to get over myself, alas.

I’ll post a proper ‘Welcome to TBBD’ to all the Members who are new to TBBD since I last said Hi and Welcome, but please in the interim, accept this as my apology for not being more hospitable and stuff.

I am learning that there is no such thing as taking to long to get over yourself, you just do what you have to do, when you have to do it, how you have to do it, thats when you get the most out of it.

The kindness you bestow on others also needs to be given to yourself. Smile
