* If you want to say something on TBBD site, bloody well say it.

* If something is bothering you, YES you can talk about it here.

* No, it doesn't have to be directly related to mental health issues. If it is important to you and
you want or need to say it, say it.

* It doesn't matter how many times a day, a week, a month or whatever, that you post stuff.
Its not a competition, its about finding ways for us to stay safe, well n maybe even once in a
while, happy. If someone posts 20 messages in a day, excellent. It means that maybe, our
site is helping.

* If you Post something and then a while later you cringe n wish you hadn't, or at least not in
the words you used originally, you can edit your post. Don't stress it. You don't even have to
specify a reason for editing your stuff, k?

* When you Registered here on TBBD, there was provision for you to say what area you live in.
It would be helpful to me, to know where abouts our members are from - broadly speaking,
that is. I don't need your full address, but a town, or region would be great. Why? Just cos it
would help me in deciding how to target my nonexistant promotional budget for this place. If
you want to edit that detail, you can do it through 'Your Profile' on the Home Page (I think)
But thats not as important as you knowing that you're allowed to post stuff here - any stuff,
any time and as much as you need to, k?

I love the edit function! so many times on TM ive posted stuff then desparetly wished i hadnt but thank you for having the edit function here!
