Hay i was wondering if anyone had one and how do they find that they work not to sure how they work ment to do one with kw next week and i want to make sure that i get the information so i dont muck up again and go backwards and can anyone recommend a webcite or a book that could help.

Thnaks for that i have googles and got a good temp plate off Ballance but was wondering if anyone had used there own plan to stay well and how it worked for them.

What group jk it maybe a good idea to come get support

My keyworker drew up a plan for me which I still have and use. I am still working on the skills I have learnt, occasionally lapse a bit, but come right usually. I know I will always be affected by depression *sigh*. I googled relapse planes also and have found that helpful. All the best with it m23!

Are you free on Wednesday afternoons? Manawatu SF (Supporting families through mental illness) have a support group that meet up once a week between 1:30pm and 3:30pm

SF used to be the schizophrenia fellowship, but there was no demand for a schizophrenia support group and now the weekly meeting is a bipolar and depression support group. It's very small - only about 10 people - but they're really friendly and supportive and understanding. I just started going last week and went again yesterday. They mentioned taking about wrap plans this coming week.
