Advice please!!! Effexor

Hi everyone, this may seem silly but I cant remember if I have taken my pills this morning.. I am on 175mg Effexor XR. What do I do... I know last time I forgot I ended up feeling awful....

If you forget to take Efexor-XR
If it is less than 12 hours until your next dose, skip the dose you missed and then take your next dose when you are meant to. Otherwise, take it as soon as you remember, and then go back to taking as you would normally.
