thought Id write as I havent been back here for ages, things seem to be on the up except for a few minor friend issues, panic attacks are on the low now which is good managing to cope with them with a ciggie (i know bad for your health but hey we gotta do what we gotta do) only having panic attacks when my 2.5 son throws a tantrum while we're out in public.

still on the sleeping pills and ad's and doesnt look like I'll be off them for a while which Im fine with.
