I dont know (bad language-sorry)

I dont know what the fuck is up with me the past few weeks, im just so lost, what the hell am i doing?!!!!

Is it possible to be over medicated to a point where nothing bothers you??? I am beginning to wonder as things have happen in the last few months, where , under "normal" circumstances, i would freak out, instead ive shrugged it off like no big deal, and now its seems as though its all catching up on me, and im finding it so fuking hard to deal with as its 1 thing after another etc..it doesnt stop!!! maybe not going to my psycologist was a bad idea after all.

TEENA, WHAT THE FUCK HAVE YOU GOT TO BE DEPRESSED ABOUT?????????? absolutley god damn nothing!! and yet here i am, feeling miserable and down all the time. WHEN THE FUCK WILL I EVER LIVE A NORMAL EXISTANCE??!!!

Totally wizza, apathy is a big side of effect of anti depressants in my experience. Apathy means you just dont care about anything... sometimes I just refer to it as "Meh'

totally agree.
anyone can get depressed, and i'v totally been in that apathetic state before.
everyone looking from the outside will see it as unreasonable to be depressed in your situation, but until theyv been inside your mind (which only you have) they won't understand what you are feeling. don't try and fight feeling depressed, it will only make you more upset. embrace it, and eventually it will pass.

sorry its been a while, but yes i was having a great life , then woke up one day depressed, that was 4 years ago!! its annoying and frustrates the crap out of me!!!
