Wearing the world just as a loose garment ......

I came across this (again) in a book I picked up this morning - that I haven't had a look at for a while - and thought it might just help someone today (including me!). It comes from a book called 'Life is Huge' by Susan Jeffers (of 'Feel the Fear and do it Anyway' fame).
When I'm in a 'good' space I like the concept of 'wearing the world just as a loose garment' instead of struggling to make it all different than the way it is. Somehow those words make me drop my shoulders and let some tension go.

falling away from us
ideas that weigh heavily on the mind.

interesting comment gm. "You are not your mind". I am of the view that we are many things, that come from our soul, but also our mind. So when we look to see who we are, do we not look to both??

when we look to see who we are, we do so because we have forgotten.
One dosnt have to seek or search for themselves
when they Know.
With regards the many millions of things of the mind and the Soul;We Are all these things also,
you will find,seeking.
That is the way things are.
Prior to Birthing and BEING CALLED NAMES.....
we learnt to recognise the One our parents chose for us.
Prior to birth
we were without name,
Complete in SOUL
which already knows all,including the Nothing,all creation comes out of!

today and this weekend, I am wearing extremely tight clothing,. I feel like I am suffocating both here and in life...but getting there.
