Cat lovers I sooo need your help

Ok I really do have a problem. I have wild cats living under my building. The last couple of weeks (first time in 8 yrs) I can smell cat pee/spray coming up into my building (and it is really bad). Decided to close up all entries to under building. Called a freind in to get under building (my god he was brave) first to see that there were no cats before I sealed up, but there was a couple of area's he could not get to. Ok, sealed entry points feeling comfortable no cats. Anyway smell has got unbearable, so decided to get into cupboard under stairwell to see if something had died (beleive me that took a great deal of courage, i'm a whimp) and heard a cat crying, oh my god realised a cat was trapped. Called freind again and he can see two cats, been trapped for 3 days. Have opened an area for them to escape, but haven't seen them come out. What on earth do I do, can't stand the smell, but don't want to harm cats??. Have rung spca, but they just want me to trap them, yeah right they are wild. They can hire me some traps, but I work more hours than they are open, so thats not an option.. Is there anyway, I can get them out and then seal the building, without cats or poor me (who is sneezing) being harmed???. God help me I'm sooo going crazy.

hmm can you leave a food trail to outside perhaps - that might get them out??

Going to try that in the morning, but what do cats REALLY love to eat. I'm thinking fish!!!!
