I am sure your son will be just a phone call away if you need him.

Have a look down the bottom of the message boards there is a list of help numbers there if you get stuck and feel like harming or just want to talk to someone.

What part of New Zealand are you in. There are community houses where you can go and meet people and do activites, just to get you out of the house. Maybe talk to your GP about getting a support worker to go with you the first few times.
