world just sucks. You try and do something nice or think of something nice for some one and they just throw it back. The world can go and take a flying leap.

You know what mylife, I think we all feel like that at times, life can be such a bitch, but then it gets better, lol. Come on girl, you are great, you give so much to so many. Ok what I suggest is, you have a wee tanty, throw the toys out of the cot, punch a few pillows, throw a few mice(check in with Pat if you don't have any), then dust yourself off, straighten up your clothes, put on a smile and wow, there you go, much better. It's ok to rage at the the world sometimes - screaming your lungs out can be real therapeutic. And afterwards, take a long deep breath, calm your mind and focus on your lovely husband and boys and how they love you.

If I've said or not said something thats upset the applecart, then I do apologise. If I DO do that, please, let me know at the time rather than stew over it because its very rarely that I intentially set out to upset folk, these days. I can't run away afterwards, so I'm trying to mellow.
