The echo in this room is deafening.

Hey I have had some really weird dreams over the last 6 months or so. Anyone else had any?

sure.
Everyone dreams,some even re-occur as if trying to tell us something important.
Got to be something useful in dreams even if it is just to increase ones self esteeme.

hmmm don't know about the self esteem bit

Self esteem arises from attaining success in dreams.
Mostly ppl are lead into dreaming conciousness without their consent,they feel a victem of their dreams not knowing 'what is comming next'.
When one desires to take charge of their Life,they can approach their dream-world as a means to
GAIN-POWER. Self esteem is the first token of power that comes into the Dreamer,when they first become aware that they can increase self-awareness by dreaming in a slightly different manner.

hmm i have dreams that i remember every night but im not too sure if they help my self esteem,
but i guess it could be possible.
Like happening with out me noticing.

Hmmmm GM I have to think about this one. I look to my dreams, I learn from my dreams, but does it increase my self esteem, got to think about that one???. I love the way your veiws make me reassess, make me think. You extend my mind, sooo thankyou.

how is everyone here today? My dreams have been non existant, cause i haven't been sleeping to well lately, but will come right i am sure

I bet if you found 'your hands' in one of your dreams and remembered that you were the 'dreamer' and stayed at dreaming,you would set about doing the things you want to do in real life;design or develope new ideas,build stuff,create Art,write poetry etc.
This department of the mind (dreaming realm) is so quick in intuitiveness,
one can achieve things thought impossible,solve the daytimes insurmountable problems in a flash.
This has been found to increase ones self esteem considerably,
by those (including me) who know.

.....a good dreamless unconcious period of sleep is a Godsend
when we have been continually thinking without solving our situation,
or making the GAP wider,between thoughts.
G A P S can be made to be bigger.
Learn to meditate.

Mind works best when it is worked from outside.

however I feel that all my soul wants right now is an out...a permanent out...away from the crap that is me...that would explain the nightmares where I am fighting for my life...being hunted by both those who claim to love and those unknown and wake with my heart feeling like it is about to explode from the stress and terror caused

You are perfectly CORRECT!
You Soul is being stiffled by these things you dream
but in reality,you never created these dreams, did you.
You are yet to realise your POWER by becomming a concious-dreamer Brite!
If you could beguin the process of becomming more concious,you will clear-way the dross-emmotional energy that creates dreams inside the Subconciousmind.
These dreams have been created by belif thought and earlier-events in your life where
you have been over-power and manipulated by Others about you.
This can(in deeper areas)go rt back to Mum an Dad.
Energy of this Nature is like a Ghost in the mind.
Once seen for what it is and released,
the dreams POWER is gifted into the Concious-You and you become not only more Powerful
but also wiser in a SELF-sence.
All dreams are parts of Ourself!
They can be de-coded!
