Tired

I have the panic attacks under control for now, thank you to all for your help.

Now i am just tired. Low... I guess even with all these meds you can still be depressed.
I had an appointment in town - posted some parcels, and waited 40 minutes...had made arrangements to meet a family member. During that time a psych nurse approached spoke to me...two other people spoke to me...... It all just went over my head so to speak.

Realising i had waited for so long and security were beginning to shuffle my way, I left. It took so much energy to get there. I wanted to do jobs, buy wool, get food, DVDs etc..... all i did was got into my car drove home got into bed......

Drugged myself when i woke again

now i am up....... i have tried to get help from eps last week- they said they would pass on my concerns to the community psych team i am with etc....now i just don't don't care. I posted mother's day ideas.... i have got no further with my own idea. I have shut the house off living in the lounge now - not going into the studio - not being reminded - pics everywhere of grandchildren,friends,family artworks.....just tired i guess.

I don't even know why i am writing this...

The sleep helped, talking with my mother helped..... still haven't got back to town. Plus side is i woke with right get mother's day hat knitted and felted.. attach some paua on it ...now i have got to get it to her hmmm

didn't have the chance to thank you
I got lost ... deleted

I went on journey .... a journey
inside
I met Sam - her grief - her intention to give up
give up on this world
I got to see some gruesome stuff, 'stuff' that was stuffed down deep!!
I chatted to Sam for hours on end
Then together with hammer we smashed down some walls
A maze
of Walls

A dam broke - sweeping Sam off her feet
I held out my hand

She ignored it

Instead she swam on her own - and surfaced

I met Sam - stronger - determined to sort out 'stuff'
We parted - with a head shake
