Our fearless leader .Pat, will no doubt be along later to tell upi all the rules (there really are none) re the site...........but in the mean time feel free to explore and join in hat and simply groove along at your own pace.

Our Chatroom on the Home Page gets a bit quiet sometimes, but that hopefully will improve as more folk know about us and choose to include TBBD as part of their days too.

Its a pretty friendly bunch of folk here, so no need to feel lost - if you want to know anything, ask and someone is bound to be able to point you in the right direction.
