Grow Groups - Like AA but for people with mental health issues

Hi guys,

I attended the Invercargil grow group while I was down there and found it really useful.

Grow meetings started out by people who attended AA but were not alcoholics but attended to help with their mental health issues.

Currently there are groups in West Auckland, North Shore, Central Auckland, South Auckland, Thames, Tauranga, Rangiora, Christchurch, Oamaru, Dunedin and Invercargill.

I am thinking of trying to get one started in Wellington. If you are in Wellington and are keen please let me know.
