You know its a bad day when you lock your self in toilets and bathrooms to avoid family seeing your tears and snot.

Over the holidays, the lack of sun, the cold...and the bloody feelings that constantly reside in my soul.
Over the troubles, the rows, the feelings that I dont know what to do with.

Im just showered and dressed now. Im up till 2am most mornings now...I just feel like...Im empty.

indeed, a bad day when you have to lock yourself in the toilet for anything.

Hi,

Still agitated and black really. Made it to bed an hour earlier last night, so up earlier this morning. No energy what so ever. Feel like a husk. I have so much work to do around the house etc...and just no interest at all in it.
One day at a time, all i can do.

one day at a time is a good strategy.

Hi Fluffy, thanks for caring, that means lots....I was in bed with a migraine yesterday, and today am feeling tired, but way much better. Had lots of sleep on and off thru the day yesterday. was good, apart from the pain!

A lovely sunny day here today, we have not seen much sun for a very long time which I think drags a lot of us way down low also.

oh, im so jealous of the sunshine!
we haven't had any for a couple of days, just high grey cloud that blankets everything and stops the sun filtering through. normally it burns off, but not today, nor yesterday.

glad that today is better for you.

Its even warm!! We had a huge white frost this morning tho. Just so glad we can see the hills, and sky for a change...was feeling rather fenced in!
