Back to work and taking a beat down
Heya,
I'm back in work, the job could not be better, super stoked about that, no real complaints there. Good people, good work situations, a field I really like and find interesting.
Thing is, get up in the morning, get ready, go to work, that's fine. But on the way back home or when I get there I'm really tired, depressed and feeling very much alone. So pretty much, work, home, DVD and dinner, sleep, repeat. Don't have the energy or motivation to do anything else despite there being things I want to do.
I'd normally combat this with running but it's probably going to be a while before my ankle heals up well enough to take the impact of that.
Any advice on overcoming this?
