not sure how to cope

well i'm not having a very good week or the last few months for that matter i no i shouldnt let people get to me and all that but i feel as though everyone is against me and trying to make my life a living hell i now have told everyone where to go and i hate doing that but it is the only way to get people to stop what they are doing i don't no why people cant just leave me alone i have already had a few break downs over this and i'm not coping very well at all i don't feel as though i have anyone i can trust to talk to and don't no what to do now i also have no transport and no money so i am stuck at home 24/7 which i dont mind but it's the fact i am alone now no-one i no seems to want to understand they all look the other way it would be nice to meet the odd local person living with bpd so i dont feel so alone and abondend as i don't have my family for support either.

hi i dont have bpd but have severe depression i dont have family support either so understand some of what you feel not many friends understand either they live in auckland and me in hamilton and also home a lot so can i give ou a hug anyway

thankyou for the hug right back at ya i live in a very small town and is very quiet i don't go out much have just recently told everyone to go get stfd(putting it politly) i feel so alone but it's nice to no i have other support out there.
