I am new to this forum but have been looking in for a long time, I am saddened that my first post were on so controversial a topic, a topic which has caused great hurt to many people for many years. In this day and age we all need to watch our words and behaviour and how it may impact on others.

I will be here and will probably seldom post, all I can say is that this forum has helped to look at myself in a whole new light, I am grateful for the many posts that have helped me to look at my depression in a whole new light and if I can help some one then I will.
