As some of you know I ahve been doing it rough the last couple of weeks with work, my flatmate having a mental breakdown and being sectioned and helpping his mother.

I went to see Don Mclean live in concert last night, it was awesome bounce . I am man enough to admit I got teary as he sang Starry Starry Night and the highlight of the night was the whole Michael Fowler Centre signing Amercian Pie cheers

It was good taking some time out. I have a busy week ahead of me. I am on a Exercise this weekend.

Also as a result of the quake I have been asked to review the Emergency Management Policy for two organisations and been asked to develop the policy for a third.
