hi you can call me heartchic or heart for short
im 22 and when i was 16 in highschool i started getting panic attacks and anxious feeling at the though of exam, tests assignments.
im unemployed and luckiy have a dad that can support me financially but i volunteer once a week at charity shop and money goes to hospice
ive been seeing phychiatrist for 5 years hes really good and i trust him and am on meds. lately because of rustration at my anxious feeling ive been angry alot and verbalyl abuse my mum and kncok over stuff. I just found out their is a group therapy place in my area which im keen tot ry

oh and ive signed up here jsut to meet people also struggling with issues
i have very supportive loving family but of course their not much they can say or do then they already are for me.i dont one friend but i see he only occasonally and i feel she is a bit mean to me

I agree wowinz.

I'm trying to make amends with friends I have ended up taking things out on in recent times. Probably mostly due to my male ego not allowing myself to admit that I'm down.

But its really good having people, particularly family, to support you. We're all here to help each other out and help us get through the tough times.

When I take my frustrations out on other people i feel much worse afterward. try giving her a hug every time you feel anxious.. tell her you just need a hug to feel better.
