Every thing is okay if you read my earlier post it was some medical type problem she has been discharged.

I feel sad for my young friend & sad for Christchurch, so I can be there for her & her family & for others I am now off to have some much needed sleep

Today I am feeling better emotionally, slept for 6 hours with out having to take any extra meds so that was great
