I had a counceller once who asked me to list all the things that describe me, all postive things.. i was so stuck, i could thing of all the negitives but no positives, then she pointed out that its not that i dont have positive qualities, its that those things are overshaddowed by the negitve thoughts i have, but that those things dont dissapear, they are inbuilt into ur personality, they are just hiding

Im sure there are lots of things you can be proud of, maybe u cant think of a lot of them right now, but they are there.

those three things that you are proud of are a great start and u no what? Im prould of u for posting and for turning that negitive ' im not proud of anything' into 3 things that you sure do have a right to be proud of well done!

Being a good mum is one of the hardest and bestest things to achieve. If you do nothing else than that (and I am positive you will) then you can rest fulfilled in my mind. Hugs.
