A thing I find that helps me and may help people here is to rearrange a room now and then or just a revamp to create a positive change in your life that you can create and control ?.

I also find writing things an feelings down helps especially to take to a appointment to show how you feel without worries of forgetting or not being able to speak at the time of the appointment.

One of the things I am really excited about is combining creative talents and ideas with my Westie, to make artwork and display it around the home.

Bumping (to get my acknowledgement of my ex-wifes birthday off the top of this section, lol.)

I go for a walk ... two dogs that insist I do this every night really helps get me off the couch.

also if things are really bad I sit and let myself think about it for a while, then force myself to get up amd move... make a cuppa.. anything so that I move.

I have just got into gardening. It makes me feel I am accomplising something and gets me outside in the sun.
Any kind of hobby that you enjoy and gets you outside has to be a good thing - as long as it isn't too expensive.
