it sure dosnt take long to get down and misserable but not as easy to pick yourself up again

Hi Tracelee sorry to hear that you are feeling down. You are so right-it really is hard to pick yourself up again when you are feeling down. It feels like it takes a lot of energy that frankly when we are depressed we don't have. I hope that you have a better day tomorrow. feeling down 787356
